Return, Refund & Replace Policy

This Return, Refund & Replace Policy applies to all purchases of ladies’ embroidery suits made on Zuhaj.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Policy

  1. Eligibility Window
    • You may return a suit within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.
    • The suit must be in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.
  2. Condition Requirements
    • The suit must not show any signs of washing, stretching, or shrinkage.
    • There should be no visible damage (e.g., stains, tears) beyond what was originally present when you received it.

      • Provide your order number, item name/ID, and reason for return.
    2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
      • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
      • Returns sent without a valid RA number may be refused.
    3. Repack & Ship
      • Repackage the suit securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).
      • Include the RA number and a copy of your order invoice/confirmation inside the package.
      • Ship to the address provided along with the RA instructions using a trackable courier service.
  4. Return Shipping Cost
    • Change of Mind / Wrong Size/Style: You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs (see Section 5).
  5. Inspection & Approval
    • Upon receipt, our Returns Department will inspect the suit (typically within 3–5 business days).
    • You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete and your return is either approved or rejected.
    • If any wear or damage (beyond manufacturing defects) is detected, the return may be declined.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Once a returned suit is approved, you become eligible for a refund of the product price.
    • Shipping charges (original delivery fee and return shipping, if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  2. Processing Timeframe
    • After we receive your returned parcel and complete inspection, we will process your refund within 15 working days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or bank account transfer).
  3. Notification
    • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Replace Policy

  1. Eligibility for Replacement
    • If you do not like the suit (e.g., color, pattern, style, or fit) and wish to exchange it for a different one, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
    • Replacements must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receiving your original suit.
    • The suit to be replaced must remain in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags intact.

      • Provide your order number, item details, and the new suit you wish to select for replacement.
    2. Schedule Pickup & Delivery
      • Once approved, our delivery associate will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the original suit from your address.
      • At the same time, they will deliver the replacement suit you selected (subject to availability).
    3. Price Difference
      • If the replacement suit’s price is higher than the original, you will need to pay the difference before the exchange.
      • If the replacement suit’s price is lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 working days.
  3. Inventory & Availability
    • Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
    • If your chosen replacement is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and help you select an alternative.
    • If no suitable replacement is available, you may opt for a refund instead (per Section 2).

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. Reporting Timeline
    • If you receive a defective (manufacturing flaw) or incorrect (wrong design/size) suit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via returns@zuhaj.com with clear photographic evidence.
  2. Assessment & Resolution
    • Our team may request additional photos or videos to verify the defect or error.
    • Once confirmed, you can choose one of the following remedies:
      • Replacement: We will ship an identical or equivalent suit at no extra cost.
      • Repair: If the defect can be repaired easily (e.g., loose embroidery thread), we will arrange for pick-up, repair, and return at no cost to you.
      • Refund: Full refund of the product price plus any shipping charges incurred.
  3. Timeline for Defective/Incorrect Item Resolution
    • We aim to ship a replacement or complete any repairs within 7 business days of approving your claim.
    • If you choose a refund instead, the refund will be processed within 15 working days after we receive the returned item.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Items:
    • Any suit that has been altered (stitching, tailoring, or monogramming) is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement (except for manufacturing defects).
    • Custom-made or personalized items (special requests outside of standard designs) are also non-returnable and non-replaceable, unless defective.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge up until the moment our warehouse processes it for shipment.
    • After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped are not cancelable. You may initiate a return (per Section 1) once you receive the parcel.
  • Inspection Refusal:
    • If, upon inspection, the returned suit does not meet our condition requirements (e.g., signs of washing, damage, missing tags), we reserve the right to reject the return. In such a case, the suit will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Force Majeure:
    • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide replacements, refunds, or pick-ups due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions).

6. How to Track Your Return/Replacement

  1. Shipping Tracking
    • When you ship a return, use the courier’s tracking number to monitor delivery to our warehouse.
  2. Return Status Updates
    • Once we receive your returned suit, we will inspect it and email you an update on whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  3. Replacement Delivery
    • If your replacement request is approved, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details for the new suit.
  4. Refund Notification
    • Upon approval of a refund, you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refunded amount to your account.
